Cancellation Policy
In respect for our service providers, Heaven on Earth Salon & Day Spa requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule service(s).
Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule service(s) will incur a 50% charge for all service(s) booked. No notice/ No show-ing service(s) will incur a 100% No-Show Fee for all service(s) booked. Booking guest with credit card on file will be responsible for all parties booked.
